Our Story

How everything came about

Boom’s management team consists of three seasoned tech entrepreneurs – Gordan, Max and Georg. Gordan perfected the underlying concepts of the Boom consulting philosophy over nearly a decade as independent consultant. 

The inception of Boom began with a big bang when the three founder’s consulting companies merged into one universe. The first mover for the joint venture was the realization that most successful companies in the innovation and tech spaces proliferate not just because of their products, but because of the right definition and execution of their operational strategies. 

Thus, the founders made it their mission to use methodologies of large tech companies to benefit clients in a wide variety of other industries. By doing so Boom is transforming traditional business structures into modern, cutting-edge ecosystems. Boom clients gain a competitive edge in even the most complex environments and the needed flexibility to rapidly react to market challenges.

Maximilian Nimmervoll

Max managed to build a group of software companies now numbering over 180 employees within only a few years. For doing so, Ernst & Young awarded him the „Entrepreneur of the Year“ award in 2017. His success operating diverse company structures and rapidly growing teams, enables him to quickly grasp highly complex situations and drive challenging culture change projects.

Gordan Volaric

Gordan founded and was involved in growing multiple award-winning tech companies. There he experienced first-hand how operations and execution is the major force behind success. Now, with nearly a decade of sales ops experience, he is consulting and optimizing large sales organizations. As managing partner at Boom, he is the specialist for sales process transformation.

Georg Linnerth

Georg built one of the top three owner-managed sales agencies in the German speaking region, is a major shareholder of a leading sales and distribution agency and poses as the managing partner in a sales tech development company. With over 20 years of experience in sales and technology management, he is the expert on scaling sales structures and technical project implementation.
